新岛公司车间采用5S法管理研究 摘要：现场管理是企业管理的根本，企业要提高生产效率、降低成本、树立竞争优势，首先取决于现场管理水平，其中 5S 管理是最基本、最有效的现场管理方法，是其他管理活动有效展开的基石之一。它能够改善生产环境，提高生产效率、产品质量、员工士气等。 5S(整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养)是起源于日本的一种现场管理方法，无数经验表明它的成功应用将给企业各方面绩效带来显著的改善(塑造企业形象、降低成本、准时交货、安全生产、高度的标准化、创造令人赏心悦目的工作场所等)。一些中国企业较早前便采用了这种管理方法，但取得成功的却很少。大多数企业的实施过程到最后都陷入了“虎头蛇尾”甚至“不了了之”的尴尬境地，为什么在日本等国家取得了巨大成功的被称为“企业管理基础”的5S管理方法在中国的土地上就不能开花结果呢? 本文研究的目的就是揭示出企业的现场管理对企业的生存和发展的重要性，使我国众多企业认识到这一点，努力提高自身现场管理水平，早日成为具有国际先进管理水平的优秀企业。通过对生产线的现场管理研究，本人制定了一系列对应于目视管理、定置管理以及55管理的措施，并取得了一定的成效，基本达到了预期的目的。现场环境得到了规范化、标准化，员工的素质得到了提升，生产线的效率得到了提高。 关键词：现场管理 5S管理 目视管理 定置管理 Research on 5S management method of the company of Xindao Abstract:The field management is the foundation of the business management，the factory must enhance the production efficiency, reduce the cost, set up competitive advantage, the key point is the field management. 5S management is the most basic and effective field management，it can improve the production environment, and also can enhance the production efficiency, the product quality, the staff morale and so on. 5S is one of the cornerstones that other management launches effectively. 5S is a working-spot management method coming fromJapan.Many experiences indi-cate that it can bring significant improvement of all-round performance(such as finer image, lower cost, less delivery time, safer working, higher standardization, more comfortable working place, etc.) in an organization. Some Chinese enterprises adopted this management method years ago, but less accomplished. Most of them were anticlimactic or ended up with nothing definite. Why this effiective and successful management in Japan and some other countries but be defeated in China? This essay aims at refleeting the importance of gemba management for the existing and development of enterprise.And make our enterprises realize this, then try to enhance the level of gemba management and become excellent enterprises with advanced international management level.
