PAGE 精品 精品 漳州师范学院 毕业论文（设计） 幼儿园集体教学中 幼儿违纪行为及教师言语策略研究 Children discipline and behavior and teachers verbal strategy in the kindergarten collective teaching 姓 名： 学 号： 系 别： 专 业： 学前教育 年 级： 08级 指导教师： 2012 年 5 月 19 日 摘要 集体教学是幼儿掌握信息、学习基本知识技能、情感交流的主要阵地。在幼儿园中，由于幼儿的年龄特点、教师教育观念、课堂管理策略不当等方面的原因，幼儿违纪行为频率更高，课堂违纪行为己经严重影响了课堂的教学效果，对教师的教学和学生的发展都产生了不良的影响。《纲要》指出要建立良好的活动常规，逐步引导幼儿学会自我管理，减少不必要的管理行为。本研究的目的是为了减少幼儿的违纪行为和使广大的幼儿教师更好管理课堂，帮助教师在课堂教学管理中利用比较简易的言语策略的方法来处理、应对幼儿的课堂违纪行为。本论文有利于丰富幼儿园课堂管理方面的资料，为推动课堂管理向纵向发展提供进一步的理论支持。我主要使用观察记录与问卷的方法，对幼儿违纪行为的现状进行了分析，探究了问题产生的原因并提出了一些具有针对性的建议。希望能给广大的在幼儿教育一线的教师们提供帮助并能丰富相关的理论。 关键词：违纪行为；言语策略；集体教学 Abstract The collective teaching is to help children master the information, learning basic knowledge and skills, emotional communication as the main position. In the kindergarten, because the age characteristics of children, child discipline of higher frequency, classroom discipline has seriously affected the teaching effect in the classroom, the teachers teaching and students development produced undesirable effect. The purpose of this study is to reduce their violations and that the majority of teachers to better manage the classroom, to help teachers in the classroom teaching management using relatively simple verbal approach to treatment, coping with child care classroom discipline.
