神经内科老年住院患者营养状态评价及并发症剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究评价神经内科老年住院患者的营养状态和并发症情况。 方法 研究对象为该院500例年龄≥65岁的神经内科老年住院患者，住院时间为2012年6月―2014年6月，采用营养风险筛查量表（NRS2002）评价患者营养状况，测定人体测量学指标、生化指标，并观察并发症情况。结果 完成各项指标者464例，其中营养正常患者257例，存在营养不良风险的患者207例，并且这207例患者BMI、AC、CC、ALB、Hb、TLC水平均低于营养正常组（P0.05）；并发症发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2=59.740，P0.01）。 结论 神经内科老年住院患者的营养状况可通过NRS2002获得初步评价，该科内具有营养不良风险的老年患者并发症发生率较高，临床应重视合理营养支持。 　　[关键词] 神经内科疾病；老年人；营养评价；并发症 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）01（a）-0093-02 　　Analysis of nutritional status of patients with complications of elderly hospitalized evaluation and neural Department of Internal Medicine 　　Bai Yurong 　　The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Hulun Buir Peoples Hospital Department of Geriatrics，021008 ，China 　　[Abstract] Objective to study the nutrition status of neurology elderly inpatients and complications.
