腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤60例临床剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 通过对60例腹腔镜手术下卵巢良性肿瘤患者的临床治疗效果观察，探究腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的效果及相关临床因素，并与传统的开腹手术临床效果进行对比。 方法 回顾性分析2013年1月―2014年5月期间在该院接受治疗的60例卵巢良性肿瘤患者的临床资料，该组60例患者在术前皆经过检查初步确诊为卵巢良性肿瘤，此组患者的腹腔镜手术全都顺利完成，无中转开腹；为对比腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的临床治疗效果，另外选取60例同样病理特征的患者作为参照组，参照组采取传统的手术方式进行治疗，对两组的治疗效果进行对比。 结果 采用腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤手术时间36～81 min，平均时间为48.68 min，出血量15～245 mL，平均86.95 mL，术中无并发症出现，患者术后8.5 h起床活动，2～17 h排气，平均6.14 h，住院时间3～5 d，平均4.25 d；而采用开腹手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤手术时间为43～120 min，平均时间为75.28 min，出血量55～510 mL，平均151.28 mL，术中无并发症出现，患者24 h后起床活动，7～39 h排气，平均20.12 h，住院时间为5～9 d，平均6.55 d，以上结果表明腹腔镜手术临床效果显著，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），要优于传统的开腹手术方式，可以在临床上推广应用，应用价值高。 结论 对卵巢良性肿瘤患者采用腹腔镜手术方式具有治疗效果好，患者创伤小，出血量少，患者恢复快，手术简单便捷、时间短，住院时间少，并发症少等优点，与传统的手术方法相比具有很大的优越性，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　[关键词] 卵巢良性肿瘤；腹腔镜手术；临床分析 　　[中图分类号] R77 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）02（a）-0010-03 　　Clinical analysis of 60 cases of benign ovarian tumor under laparoscopy 　　TAN Li 　　The Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zhuanghe City， Liaoning Province，Zhuanghe 116400，China 　　[Abstract] Objective through observation of the effect of clinical treatment of 60 cases of laparoscopic operation patients of benign tumor of ovary， inquiry of laparoscopic operation in treatment of benign ovarian tumor effects and related clinical factors， and compared with the clinical effect of traditional open operation.
