通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效Meta剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 应用Meta分析系统评价通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法 按照循证医学的要求,全面检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国博硕士学位论文全文数据库中2003～2008年发表的通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛随机对照临床试验相关文献,把符合纳入标准的20篇文献共计2224例患者作为Meta分析的对象,选择心绞痛症状疗效、心电图疗效作为效应指标,采用Cochrane协作网免费提供的RevMan4.2专用软件进行统计学分析。结果 20项研究经Meta分析合并后结果显示,通心络胶囊治疗组在减少心绞痛发作次数、改善缺血性心电图和不良反应方面均优于对照组。结论 现有的临床证据表明,通心络胶囊治疗各种原因引起的冠心病心绞痛有效,安全性较高,但仍需严格设计的、大样本的随机双盲对照试验来验证和支持其临床效果。 　　[关键词] 通心络胶囊;冠心病心绞痛;治疗;随机 　　[中图分类号] R541.4[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1673-9701(2010)14-06-04 　　 　　Meta-analysis of Tongxinluo Capsule for Coronary Heart Disease Angina 　　HAO Chenhui1ZHANG Jianyu2 　　1. Shanxi Medical University,Taiyuan 030001,China;2. the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University,Taiyuan 030001,China 　　 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina by using Meta-analysis. Methods According to the requirements of evidence-based medicine,there were 20 articles(2224 patients)in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina after retrieving literatures on randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Tongxinluo capsule from Chinese periodical full-text database and Chinese doctoral dissertations master’s theses full-text database on 2003~2008. The effects of angina pectoris and ECG were selected as the study indices. RevMan4.2 software provided by Cochrane collaboration net was applied for data processing and statistical analysis. Results Twenty studies were incorporated by Meta-analysis and the results showed that Tongxinluo group was better than control group in terms of reducing the number of angina attacks and improving ischemic ECG. Conclusion From the existing clinical evidence,Tongxinluo capsule is effective and safe in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina. However,rigorous design and large sample randomized double-blind controlled trial are still needed to verify and support its clinical effectiveness. 　　[Key words] Tongxinluo capsule;Coronary heart disease angina;
