II II ABSTRACT With the further development of economic globalization, competition among enterprises is also more and more fierce. Whether the human resources management is efficient also become increasingly the important factor for a enterprise to obtain competitive advantage. Remuneration management is the key to effective performance management in enterprise set up in the performance evaluation system is the most effective way of remuneration management. In this paper, the remuneration management theory as a foundation, research on remuneration management of DALI company, launched a the company remuneration performance management plan to design and improvement of the measures. In this paper, a comprehensive study of remuneration management of DALI company, and read through the municipality of endowment DALI companies first hand information management, performance evaluation, and the historical data company field interviews, and based on the investigation of the capital city was investigated, the DALI companies remuneration management results and existing problems, and puts forward the municipality DALI companies remuneration management scheme design of specific content, implementation process and security measures. And then it studies the current status and existed problems of DALI company remuneration system. Following that the optimization schemes of remuneration system of H Hotel are analyzed. Finally, it explored its security strategy, hoping to provide some reference opinions and operable suggestions for the development of H Hotel as well as charity undertakings in China. This paper studies remuneration management of DALI company and draws the mainly conclusions: DALI company has made great achievements in its operation. However, since its short established time and weak consciousness of employers, there are still some problems, such as the unreasonable structure of remuneration system, lack of incentive effect of communication mechanism and the lack of invi
