This study focused on information services in the context of healthcare management at large general hospitals. We hope to use information technology and services to establish a quick, widely-received connection between healthcare demand of the whole society and the healthcare resources such as well-trained medical professionals, equipment, and quality service. The goal of this study includes: first, to establish an mechanism by which information technology can be integrated into healthcare management; second, to provide healthcare management service to mobile device through mobile internet; third, to reach out patients by providing customized healthcare management service in order to break the information asymmetry between patients and healthcare professionals, facilitate patients’ access to healthcare service, and ease the tension between patients and healthcare professionals due to miscommunication. Information Standardization is the basis of information service. In this study information Standardization focuses on creating healthcare management dataset that covers all needed contents. Such dataset is not only beyond the limitation set by specific product, format, and media, but it establishes a model at a conceptual level.
