中日体育教师培养的技术课程标准比较分析 　　摘要：通过对中日高校体育教育专业技术课程设置的比较，提出健全体育教师教育的法律内涵；减缩技术课程比例，开发内容多元和谐的现代框架(含民族与传统、现代与时尚、闲暇与健康、生存技巧和灾害防范等开拓项目)；重建技术课程学分标准和履修方式(主张选修为主，尝试以课程多而学分少为原则设定学分标准)；建立体育俱乐部制度和大中小学一贯制的技术课程体系；完善体育教师继续教育制度，回归体育教育实践。 　　关键词：体育教师；技术课程标准；体育教育专业；中国；日本 　　中图分类号：G80文献标识码：A文章编号：1006-7116(2008)11-0058-05 　　 　　Comparative analysis of Chinese and Japanese technical curriculum standards for the cultivation of physical education teachers 　　LIN Tao 　　（School of Physical Education and Health，East China Normal University，Shanghai 200062，China） 　　 　　Abstract: By investigating and comparing the setup of technical curriculum for the physical education major in institutes of higher learning in China and Japan, the author tried to put forward the legal connotation of perfecting the education of physical education teachers, shrink the proportion of technical curriculum, develop a content miscellaneous and harmonious modern framework (including such topics for development as nation and tradition, modern and fashion, leisure and health, survival skills and disaster prevention), rebuild technical curriculum credit standards and course taking methods (advocating the principle that most courses in technical curriculum should be elective courses and technical curriculum in trial implementation should have many courses with fewer credits), establish a sports club system and a technical curriculum system that is consistent in elementary schools, middle schools and colleges, perfect the system of further education of physical education teachers, and return to physical education practice, so as to provide a reference for developing a technical curriculum standard for physical education teachers in China. 　　Key words: physical education teacher；technical curriculum standard；physical education major；China；Japan 　　 　　我国体育教师教育技术课程设置历来重外显行为轻内隐价值，专业技术培养以竞技至上的专项训练模式、以奥运项目为主的单一内容设置已不能适应当代中小学体育课程改革的需求。为此学习和借鉴日本50多年来体育教师专业技术培养的经验和教训很有必要。对日本6所大学(大阪体育大学、日本女子体育大学、东京女子大学、东海大学、天理大学、日本女子大学等)和中国4所大学(上海体育
