The university teacher is the main body of universities. As the most active human resources, The university teacher can play a very important and decisive role in cultivating innovative and high-level talent . There is an obvious limitation in the formulation of traditional Chinese university teachers management policy. The appointment policy of teacher are also facing with many difficulties now. From a new perspective of academic profession, The study on the innovation of Chinese university teacher’s management policy can strengthen the relevance between the policies and its object, improve the science and effectiveness of the policies. It is of great theoretical and practical significance for adjusting and innovating our management policy of university teachers scientifically, for establishing the modern university system which is adapt to China’s economic and social development.
