Abstract
China is in a critical period of in the transformation of socio-economic, in the building of a socialist harmonious society and an innovative country. China is also actively implementing the grand strategy of the great power country of human resources. which would not be come to truths if the Higher education’s basic, guiding role can not play. The university teacher is the main body of universities. As the most active human resources, The university teacher can play a very important and decisive role in cultivating innovative and high-level talent . There is an obvious limitation in the formulation of traditional Chinese university teachers management policy. The appointment policy of teacher are also facing with many difficulties now. From a new perspective of academic profession, The study on the innovation of Chinese university teacher’s management policy can strengthen the relevance between the policies and its object, improve the science and effectiveness of the policies. It is of great theoretical and practical significance for adjusting and innovating our management policy of university teachers scientifically, for establishing the modern university system which is adapt to China’s economic and social development.
This study is mainly based on theory and try to put the theoretical research and applied research together. From a new perspective of academic profession, This paper followed the thread of asking questions, analyzing problems and solving problems, Thoroughly analyzed and deeply studied the Chinese university teachers management policy and it’s innovation. Firstly, on the base of careful analysis and study the results of previous studies, This paper used of the historical analysis combining with the policy text analysis research methods, analyzing comprehensively and deeply of the university teachers management policy’s historical development clue, background and motivation, development and changes as well as the themes and efficacie
