ABSTRACT Thepu叩ose of this study isωclari乌r the contents ofuniv创sity students mental files and manage them effectively. Mental files are an important means of assessing univ即sity students mental health. The established procedures inc1ude clari鸟ring the contents of univ町sity 刷dents mental files,choosing mental scales,managing them effectively,悦ages and methods. The conclusions ofthis studyare: A The contents of univ町sity students mental files include two points. The frrst one is 由e basic information which affects the university students mental development. It w mainly includes general information, h创th, famil弘阳ming,interpersonal relationships ,occupational inter创s and maior incidents of social life. The Second one is the information that refl四ts the university students mental health and psychological charact町istics. It mainly includes the results of psychological tests, ∞unseling re∞rds,comprehensive matl町ials which assess mental hωlth, statistical date and 创rlier waming information. The information is ωllected mainly by psychological members,counselors ,professional psychological teachers and other related people. For síxty-seven national universities ,we 侃rry out a survey on how ωchoose mental sωl邸, grasp the overall si阳ation accurately,and put forward a method of UPI and Chinese Mental Health Questionnaire used in conjunction ,and take them as the main contents of univ町sity students mental 日le index sy蜘m, and analyze the relationship between these two kinds of scale deeply. In the process of management ,we clarify classification of the information, authority distribution ,analysis and integration, and formed a 咄uman - machine interactive feedback mechanism. ,Through comprehensive analysis,the s阳dy puts forward six procedures of establishing university students mental files,pr,叩aration, measuring,processing the 巾饭, int町vention, feedback,filing archive.
