PAGE 江西科技学院本科生毕业论文（设计） 1 密级： 学号：108208010354 本科生毕业（设计）论文 促进我国中小企业国际贸易融资的对策 系 别： 经贸系 专 业： 国际经济与贸易 班 级： 08国贸统本（4）班 学生姓名： 指导老师： 完成日期： 2012年 月 日 江西科技学院本科毕业生论文（设计） PAGE 摘要 我国近年开展的国际贸易融资的方式逐渐成为促进中小企业发展外贸业务重要融资渠道。随着各银行新融资产品的工作力度的加大，贸易融资收入在银行的总收入中占比逐步提高。随着我国经济体制的改革深入，中小企业在国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用。自从改革开放以来，我国中小企业在整个国民经济中发挥越来越重要的作用，为我国经济增长做出了极大的贡献。 但近年来中小企业融资问题成为影响和制约我国中小企业进一步发展的重要因素。同时，因为要面对今年信贷紧缩的新形势，各商家把发展的目标瞄准了中小企业信贷市场。本文分析了国际贸易融资新形势的变化,阐述了我国中小企业在国际贸易融资中存在的问题,在对国际贸易融资的现状进行全面的分析，深入探讨贸易融资中存在的主要问题及阻碍贸易融资的发展原因，通过借鉴相关国家的有益经验，结合我国中小企业国际贸易融资的现状，并有针对性地提出了解决我国中小企业国际贸易融资问题的对策和建议。 关键词：国际贸易融资；促进；中小企业；银行 ABSTRACT Our country in recent years to carry out international trade financing has become to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in foreign trade major financing channel. With the new bank financing product development and the continuous working strength increase, trade finance income in total bank income ratio gradually increased. Along with the deepening of Chinas economic system reform, small and medium-sized enterprises in the national economy plays a more and more important role. Since the reform and opening up, Chinas small and medium enterprises in the entire national economy is playing an increasingly important role, as Chinas economic growth has made great contributions. But in recent years the problem of SME financing become affect and restrict the further development of the important factors of small and medium-sized enterprises.
