With the national environmental protection second five plan and environmental protection equipment Twelfth Five-Year development plan release, the companys existing strategy adapt to the market , the success of strategy development , the need for strategic adjustment, how to develop the companys future development strategy ,how the companys development to a new level , how to keep the advantage in the fierce Chinese environmental monitoring equipment market in an invincible position , these are the SDL companies need to solve the problem. In this paper, assessment of the implementation of the current strategy, focusing on analysis of the companys current internal and external environment, it provides a clear environmental monitoring equipment industry development strategy for SDL. It also provides reference to Chinas overall development strategy of environmental protection equipment industry analysis. This paper aims to combine the status of SDL and the development of Chinas environmental protection equipment industry, and the assessment the current status of the company competitors, formulate new strategies .Through macro environment analysis, understand the companys current external political and legal, economic, social, cultural and technological environment. Through Porters five forces analysis to understand the bargaining power of suppliers within our industry ,
