优秀外国留学生奖学金在线申请使用指南 第一步：登录“国际学院留学生信息共享平台” （/study ），点击首 页“奖学金申请”链接。用户名：学号，初始密码：与用户名相同（区分英文字母大小写）。 第二步：选择要申请的奖学金类别 （三选一），点击“开始申请”。  优秀外国留学生奖学金-学习优秀奖（本科生）  优秀外国留学生奖学金-学习优秀奖（研究生进修生）  优秀外国留学生奖学金-杰出表现奖 第三步：填写奖学金申请信息，标*表示必填项。 第四步：点击“提交”，并下载申请表 可选择下载WORD 版本或PDF 版本，如遇到下载后的WORD 文件无法打开的情况， 请在弹出的提示框中依次点击“确定”和“是”，即可打开，并请在关闭前 “另存为”新文 件即可。 第五步：请将打印出来的纸质申请表在规定时间内提交到国际学院指定办公室，申请完成。 注意：只在线提交申请，而未提交纸质申请表者，为无效申请。 有关“国际学院留学生信息共享平台”登录及在线申请问题，请联系：杨老师，电话： 电子邮箱：yangxue@ 。 Guide for Online Application of Distinguished International Students Scholarship Step 1. Log-in Quick Access Site for International Students (/study) and Click Scholarship Application on the homepage. Username: Student ID, Initial Password: Student ID (case - sensitive) Step 2. Choose the type of the scholarship (choose one from three), and click “Apply Now”.  Distinguished International Students Scholarship -Excellent Study (Undergraduates)  Distinguished International Students Scholarship -Excellent Study (Postgraduates Visiting Scholars)  Distinguished International Students Scholarship -Outstanding Behavior Step 3. Fill in the online application information. Items with * is required items. Step 4. Click “Submit”, and then download the completed form. Both.pdf file and .doc file can be dounloaded. If the .doc file downloaded can’t be opened in your computer, please follow the instructions below: Click “OK” → “Yes” button in the dialog boxes, open the file, and click “Save as” before you close the file. Step 5. Print out the form and submit to International School before the deadline. Note: An online application without submitting the printed form is considered as an uncompleted application.
