细菌培养联合Tem-PCR在肺炎患儿病原 检测中的应用价值 川省广元市妇幼保健院检验科 川省广元市妇幼保健院检验科 R的探讨细菌培养联合靶序列富集多重聚合酶链反应(Tem-PCR)在肺炎患儿 病原检测中的价值。方法选取2015年1-12月该院住院肺炎患儿141例，收集 深部呼吸道引物进行细菌培养，采用Tem-PCR检测常见病原菌的特异性DNA。结 果141例患儿中83例患儿标本培养呈阳性,阳性率为58. 87% (83/141);共分 离出85株病原菌,病原菌检出率为60. 28% (85/141) ;Tem-PCR检测阳性率为 40.43% (57/141),病原菌检出率为50. 35% (71/141)。细菌培养联合Tem-PCR 检测的病原菌检出率为78. 01% (110/141)，明显高于细菌培养和Tem-PCR的检 出率(P0.05):其中，流感嗜血杆菌、肺炎链球菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球 菌、铜绿假单胞菌及鲍曼不动杆菌的检出率依次为28. 37% (40/141)、19.15% (27/141)、8. 51% (12/141)、6. 38% (9/141)、5. 67% (8/141)、5. 67% (8/141)、 2.84% (4/141)。结论细菌培养联合Tem-PCR检测能够提高住院肺炎患儿的病 原菌检出率，提商临床细菌病原学评估价值。 关键词： 肺炎;聚合酶链反应;细菌培奍; 庹晓霞，女，主管技师，主要从事微生物检验方面的研究。 2017-05—06 The value of bacterial culture combined with Tem-PCR in detection for the bacterial etiology in hospitalized children with pneumonia TUO Xiaoxia Department of Clinical Laboratory, Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangyuan; Abstract： Objective To investigate the value of bacterial culture combined with target sequence enrichment multiplex polymerase chain reaction (Tem-PCR) in detection for the bacterial etiology in hospitalized children with pneumonia.
