内容 资本结构是一个重要的核心问题尤其是在企业融资的过程中，上市公司合 理的资本结构将对企业最大化价值的实现带来正面性的影响。在一般的情况 下，企业最大化价值的实现始终是各行业上市公司的共同目标。中国的纺织工 业一直属于传统产业，占据了国民经济中非常重要的位置。 近几年来，经济的快速增长使得在纺织行业获得了良好的增长趋势和发展 前景，资本结构也随之与他们紧密的联系在了一起。本文首先从以国内外研究 背景入手，对国内学者和国外学者对于资本结构的研究进行了简要的介绍，然 后通过分析资本结构理论中现代资本结构理论，分析了它的影响因素以及该理 论对我国带来的启示。同时结合了纺织行业中一个上市公司的具体的实例，和 相关数据对从事纺织行业的上市公司的资本结构现状进行了分析，归纳出了其 产生原因，同时也提出了相应的优化目前纺织行业上市公司资本结构现状的建 议。 关键词：纺织行业；上市公司；资本结构；优化建议 Abstract The capital structure is an important core issue, particularly in the process of corporate finance，companies will maximize the value achieved reasonable capital structure of listed companies to have a positive impact . Under normal circumstances, to maximize the value of the enterprise is always the common goal of listed companies in various industries . China ’s textile industry has been part of the traditional industries , occupies a very important position in the national economy . In recent years, rapid economic growth in the textile industry was making good growth trends and development prospects，capital structure also will be closely linked with them together. Firstly, starting from a research background at home and abroad，domestic and foreign scholars for research scholars capital structure gives a brief introduction, and then by analyzing the capital structure theory in modern capital structure theory，analysis of its influencing factors and the theory of Implications .
