PAGE 瑞安市力帆橡胶棍加工厂CRM 问题研究:营销视角 内 容 摘 要 经过二十多年的发展,市场经济的观念已经深入人心。企业“以产品为中心”的模式向“以市场为中心”,“以客户为中心”的模式转移。正确、快速地处理与客户之间的沟通成为企业利润的主要源泉。本文主要针对瑞安市力帆橡胶棍加工厂在管理、决策和营销三个方面存在的问题进行分析(重点从营销的视角去剖析),并给出对策和建设性意见,目的在于探讨企业如何将产品和服务卖给更多的客户,为企业创造更多的利润并打造一个独特的企业品牌,试图帮助企业在全球经济一体化的激烈市场竞争环境中,建立以市场、客户为中心的管理体系,有效管理企业与客户之间的关系,提高客户忠诚度,实现客户价值的最大化,从而提高企业的核心竞争力。 关键词:(CRM)客户关系管理、关系营销、核心竞争力 RESEARCH ON CRM OF REIAN CITY LIFAN RUBBER STICK FACTORY CRM RESEARCH :MARKETING PERSPECTIVE ABSTRACT After 20 years of development, the concept of a market economy have become deeply. Customer-centered management system, the effective management of enterprises and the relationship between customers, improve customer loyalty, achieve maximum customer value, thereby enhancing their core competitiveness.
