w w 论文题目：盐胁迫对甘草种子萌发及萌发能力恢复的影响 摘 要：在种子萌发的适宜温度25℃下，用不同浓度的中性盐Na2SO4浸泡甘草种子,结果显示：盐胁迫对甘草种子的萌发具有抑制作用。在低盐浓度范围（50-100 mmol·L-1）内，种子的发芽率随着Na2SO4溶液浓度的升高而降低；在高浓度范围（200、300 mmol·L-1）时，甘草种子的发芽率均为0，表明高浓度Na2SO4强烈抑制甘草种子的萌发；甘草种子在蒸馏水中生长最好。解除盐胁迫后，50、100 mmol·L-1 Na2SO4胁迫处理的种子萌发恢复率分别为6.8%和3.3%，高浓度200、300 mmol·L-1 Na2SO4胁迫处理的甘草种子萌发恢复率达51.1%和50%,说明甘草种子的萌发恢复率随着原盐浓度的增加呈升高趋势。 关键词：甘草； 发芽率； 发芽指数； 萌发恢复 w Title：Effect of Salt on Seed germination of licorice and Its Recovery after Release from Salt Stress Abstract: Optimum temperature for seed germination under 25 ℃,effect of Na2SO4 solutions on seed germination of licorice and its recovery after release from salt stress were measured.The results showed that the seed germination rates,indexes and the growth of radicle and hypocotyl reduced with increasing of salt.50-100mmol·L-1 Na2SO4 promoted germination of seeds. While 200-300mmol·L-1 Na2SO4 restrained hard it .Distilled water was best for licorice seed germination.After release from salt stress,seed germination rates rose with the increase of pre-treatment salt concentrations. 200 and 300 mmol·L-1 Na2SO4 stress of germination rate of recovery treatment protocols were 51.1% and 50% of germination rate.
