PAGE 2 唐代的俸禄制度 本科毕业论文 唐代的俸禄制度 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 摘 要 唐王朝历经289年，是中国历史上最长命的王朝之一。在这漫长的岁月中，唐人继承先人的经验与智慧，并不断的发展创新，取得了许多让人瞩目的成就，被后人称之为“盛世大唐”。我国的俸禄制度自先秦开创以来，从食邑制到土地制再到财物混通制，历经各个朝代不断变化发展，最终走向完善。但不得不说的是，唐朝的俸禄制度是中国俸禄制度发展史上的一个重要里程碑，它是一种承前启后的发展，在中国俸禄制度史上留下了浓墨重彩的一笔。在唐王朝将近300年的历史中，它各部分的内容以及构成比例都发生着巨大的变化，留下了许多可供我们探讨的地方。本文则从唐朝的政治、经济、文化、社会等方面对唐代的俸禄制度进行探讨，以期能对唐代俸禄制度所涵盖的内容和历史地位有一个比较全面清晰的认识。 关键词：俸禄制度 ; 折估 ; 罚俸 ; 借鉴 唐代的俸禄制度 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 2 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 Abstract Tang dynasty existed for 289 years, which was one of the longest life dynasties in Chinese history. In this long period of time, the Chinese inherited the experience and wisdom of their ancestors, continued to develop and innovate. As they had many remarkable achievements, it was well- known as the Golden Age of Tang dynasty. Since the pre-Qin period, salary system in China started from Shiyi system to the system of land property and then mixed property through the system. After various dynasties constantly evolving, the salary system ultimately became perfected. But we have to say that the salary system development in the Tang Dynasty is an important milestone in the salary system development history. It connects the past to the future, leaving an indelible mark in the history of the salary system in China. Nearly 300 years of history in the Tang Dynasty, the content and composition ratio of its parts are undergoing tremendous changes, and left a lot of places we can explore. Predecessors have studied in all its aspects, but most of them study in one direction. The following section, the salary system will be discussed from the political, economic, cultural, social and other aspects in the Tang Dynasty .
