我国上市银行股权结构与营业绩效的相关性研究 PAGE 25 摘 要 金融危机之后，治理结构的改革已成为我国银行摆脱困境、提高营业绩效的重要环节，而银行的股权结构对治理结构的形成起着决定性作用，因此，一个合理的股权结构在长期将影响到银行的价值。一直以来，国际上关于股权结构的研究层出不穷，主要是分为两类，一类是将股权结构作为外生变量，研究其对企业价值的影响；另一类则是将股权结构是为内生变量，研究对其影响的因素。本文是将股权结构作为外生变量，研究其对银行营业绩效的影响。 本文首先对国内外商业银行的股权结构进行了比较，随后从股权集中度和股权属性两个方面研究了股权结构变动对银行绩效的影响。本文以2009年3月31日我国14家上市银行的数据为样本，结合委托代理理论，对我国上市银行股权结构与营业绩效之间的相关性进行了实证分析，最终得出股权集中度与营业绩效之间的倒U型关系，及在当前现状下不同属性股权的变动对营业绩效可能带来的影响。 关键词： 股权集中度 股权属性 营业绩效 Abstract After Financial Crisis, the reform of governance structures has already become an important part for China’s banks to bail out and improve the operating performance, while the banks’ shareholding structure plays a decisive role in the formation of the governance structure, therefore, a reasonable shareholding structure will have a long-term impact on the bank value. All along, the international researches on the shareholding structure keep emerging, which can mainly be divided into two categories, one is the shareholding structure as an exogenous variable to study its impact on corporate value; The other is endogenous variables, researching on its impact factor. This article takes the shareholding structure as an exogenous variable, studying its impact on banks’ operating performance. First of all, in this article we make comparison between the shareholding structures of the domestic and foreign commercial banks. Then, from two aspects: ownership concentration and equity properties, we study the impact on bank performance brought by the changes of shareholding structure. This article uses the statistics of 14 banks listed on 31 March 2009 as samples, with Principal-agent Theory to positively analyze the correlation between the shareholding structure of listed banks and the operating performance, to work out the inverted U-shaped relationship between ownership concentration and operating performance, and the possible impact on operating performance that brought by the changes of equity of different attributes under current circ
