卫生类中等职业学校医学生医德教育研究 ——以滁州卫生学校为例 摘 要 面对医疗行业日益凸显的医患矛盾、医患纠纷、医闹事件，面对医学生在 医德认知、情感、意志、行为方面出现的偏差。面对医学生在医德课上收效甚 微的表现，加强卫生类中等职业学校的医德教育显得十分紧迫和重要。 本文通过问卷调查的形式，收集医学生对学医的目的，医德标准，医德教 育形式，医德课、德育课开展情况，医德课和医学专业课的用时等原始数据； 通过对医德课、德育课、医学专业课教师和医学生的调查访谈。在此基础上分 析该校医德教育现状。一方面校园文化建设对医德教育起到积极、感染和促进 作用，另一方面医德教育也面临许多问题，主要问题有：医学生学医的目的不 明确，普遍存在 “重医轻德”的现象；医德课的教学内容陈旧，方法单一；医 德课和德育课地位边缘化；医德课和德育课与医学专业课缺乏有效融合；社会 领域 “道德滑坡”对医德教育产生了一定的负面影响。 在分析现状的基础上，提出了解决我校医德教育问题的建议。发挥医学生 在医德教育中的主体作用，发挥学校在医德教育中的主导作用，发挥社会在医 德教育中的引导作用。 关键词：医德；医德教育；卫生类中等职业学校 I 万方数据 Healthclassesinsecondaryvocationalschools MedicalMoralEducationResearch -ACaseStudyofChuZhouHealthSchool Abstract Faced with the medical industry has become increasingly prominent contradiction between doctorsandpatients,thedoctor-patientdisputes,medicaltrouble event,facebias inmedical ethicsmedical students appear cognition, emotion,will, behavior.
