山楂片是人们喜爱的美食，有着很高的食用和药用价值，为满足人们日益增 长的美食需求，本文针对山楂片的加工环节（切片）设计了一种新型切片设备。 本文首先根据山楂片的性能特点，拟定了山楂片切片机的传动原理及执行方 案，确定采用曲柄滑块及槽轮间歇机构的执行方案，决定采用V带传动和齿轮传 动的减速方案。 该方案的优点是结构简单，传动可靠，可以实现过载保护。 确定好机械执行方案及传动方案后，按工作机需求选择好电动机，并对各级 传动机构进行传动比分配。 然后对对V带进行设计计算，确定为SPZ型V带，传动比为2. 5. 然后对齿轮进行设计和计算，齿轮传动设计和计算使用的方法是：按齿面接 触强度进行设计和计算，按齿根弯曲强度进行校核。 为提高生产效率，本设计对切刀进行了优化，采用了多排切刀的方案，即滑 块一次行程工作，可以冲切出200个山楂片。 关键词：山楂片切片机齿轮传动槽轮V带 ABSCTACT Hawthorn is a favorite Food，has high edible and medicinal value，to meet the growing needs of people.
