The opportunities of domestic contractorsωparticipate in the bidding of int町national projects are gradually increased. Therefore，bidding and pricing has become an important means for the contracting enterprises to show the competitive 由ength of companies and gain the contract. Bidding and pricing is related to 由e survival and development of the ωntracωrs 扭曲e 民lture. The aim of the thesis is to study how to improve the accuracy and rationality of bidding and pricing ，thus enhance 由e intemational contracting market share and improve the ratio of a successful bid. This thesis analyzes 伽e cuηent situation of project contracting at home and abroad， and then 则mm盯lZes 伽 bidding and pricing theories of int町national projects. In connection with the characteristics of construction contracting market in A剑饨， 由is study expounds the working procedures of bidding and pricing for intemational projects，and puts forw盯d 由e costωmposition and calculation method. 丁he factors which affect the bidding and pricing of int町national projects in A企ica are analyzed and 也.e strategies and skills of bidding and pricing 町e discussed. Final1y，combining wi白白e engineering cωes in Angola， the thesis analyzes the construction contracting marketin A企ica，and discusses the skills and strategies ofbidding and pricing used in this project. In process of analysis，this 也esis combines the 曲创ry wi也 the practice， and analyzes the characteristics of A剧can construction market and the skills and strategies of bidding and pricing.
