PAGE I 诺基亚5530手机外壳注塑 模具设计 专 业：机械制造及自动化 学 生： 指 导 老 师： 完 成 时 间：2011年 PAGE 27 摘要 本文以NOKIA5530手机外壳为例，利用模具CAD/CAM的模具设计理念通过对其测试、分析、修改，完成了其注射模的设计与改进。整个设计中利用Pro/E环境下的Part模块完成了手机壳体及其它模具组件的设计、修改与装配工作；利用Mold 完成了其成型零件的设计、开模分析及模具检测；并在Drawing模块下，完成了零件图及装配图的二维图形的生成与转换。利用Auto CAD完成了零件图与三维图的尺寸标注及标题栏与明细表的填写。详细地叙述了模具成型零件的设计与加工工艺过程，重要零件的工艺参数的选择与计算，冷却系统、推出机构与浇注系统以及其它结构的设计过程，并对试模与产品缺陷作了介绍并介绍了模具的工作原理。 整个设计过程渗透着CAD/CAM的思想，利用当前最流行的模具设计软件Pro/E的单一数据库技术提供的参数化全相关的特点，使得设计中在任何一处的修改均能反映到整个设计中去， 使模具设计更轻松、更合理。 本文还论述了现代模具工业尤其是注射模特点、模具制造领域的先进技术及模具CAD/CAM集成化技术的发展及展望。 关键词： 注塑模，Pro/E，CAD/CAM/，塑料  Abstract This article is NOKIA5530 cell phone case by case.
