南京 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 福建 福建省城市规模结构特征及发展研究 i i PAGE PAGE iv 摘 要 改革开放以来，福建省的城市化建设和经济发展取得了巨大成就，城市化进程和经济发 展水平逐渐赶上东部其它沿海省份。但长期以来在长三角和珠三角两大都市圈的夹击下，城 市化建设和经济社会发展水平与东部其它沿海省份依然存在较大差距。研究其城市规模结构 是否与区域经济发展相适应，对正确认识福建省的城市规模结构体系的现状和将来的发展有 重要意义。 本文在查阅了有关区域经济学中关于城市规模结构的理论和文献的基础上，对福建省的 城市规模结构特征和发展过程进行了较为系统的研究。利用首位度指数、位序-规模法则、 城市基尼指数等指标，通过对福建省城市人口规模结构特征的研究发现，福建省的城市人口 规模较小，大城市数量少，城市人口集中度有限，城市规模分布增长方式较为平缓；再结合 区位熵和城市流的相关理论对福建省各城市的产业结构和经济职能进行了测度和分析发现， 福建省的城市规模结构体系中经济的集聚程度较为分散，导致不能形成很强的辐射力和影响 力，城市规模结构体系中的中心城市的极化效应有限，整体上大部分城市中象征现代服务业 发展水平的外向功能服务能力也较弱，不利于进一步形成更为合理的城市规模结构体系。 要实现福建省的城市规模结构体系建设与区域经济发展相协调，在海峡西岸经济区建设 中发挥更为重要的作用。首先要先努力推进大城市的建设和发展，发挥大城市的规模经济和 集聚效应，其次明确各城市的分工，避免同质化竞争，大力发展第三产业，最后要完善基础 设施建设，特别是交通运输条件的改善。 关键词：城市规模结构；福建省；位序-规模法则；区位熵；城市流 ABSTRACT Fujian Province’s urbanization and economic development has made great achievements and gradually catched up with the other eastern coastal provinces since the reform and opening up. But there still exists a wide gap comparing with them because of under the attack of the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta for a long time. It has a great significance to research whether its urban scale structure is compatible with regional economic development. It will make a correct understanding on the status and future development of the city structural system in Fujian Province. With consulting the theory and literature about city-scale structure, this paper make a systematic study on the city-scale structural features and development process in Fujian Province. It uses the Primary Index, Rank-Size Rule, urban Gini Index to find small population scale, a small number of metropolis limited population agglomeration and gentle growth way is the feature. Combined with location entropy and urban flow theory to measure and analyze the industrial structure and economic functions, it finds the degree of economic agglomeration is so weak that strong radiation and influence can not be formed.
