Abstract
In recent years, the educational circles begin to pay close attention to occupation burnout of teachers, especially middle school teachers. Currently, China has not yet completed its educational transition. Teachers in secondary school, as a part of basic education, have to face a series of problems, such as the hitherto unknown competition pressure, survival pressure and
marginalized economic and social status. They were seriously troubled by emotional exhaustion 、
de-individuation and reduction of personal accomplishment so that they appear to be in varying degrees of occupation burnout symptoms. These symptoms will bound to affect the development of education in our country and students future and destiny if they can not be alleviated and controlled, it is based on this consideration that the article attempted to analysis occupation burnout problem of our middle school teachers and put forward relevant countermeasures. Commentators try to sort out the relevant outcomes of the domestic and international research on teacher burnout problems, then give an overview of the basic situation of the secondary school teacher burnout problems and analysis four reasons - individual factors the school ,work
characteristics and social factors ; next analysis the negative impact on individuals、students and
the quality of teaching caused by he secondary teaching profession burnout problem; finally put forward a solution to teachers occupation burnout: improve the quality of teachers comprehensively, perfect teachers personality; strengthen the education management system, guarantee the quality of teachers teaching; pay attention to social multivariate problems to solve teachers worries; based on the humanistic care , achieve a harmonious education and teaching
