II II STUDY ON THE INTERNET SUPERVISION OF PUBLIC OPINION IN FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE PUBLIC GOVERNANCE THEORY ABSTRACT The food safety is full of great significances, government and people are focus on it. In recent years, the people?s health has been threatened by the food safety events happened more and more frequently, at the same time, it reflect that our government?s limited manage and supervision ability and the defective market. Make use of the internet supervision of public opinion on food-safety can reflect the spirit of public administration supervision theory, it conform to the trend of The Times. The article using the method of literature research and case study, and the public administration supervision theory will be the theoretical basis. At the first, the article gives some concepts like as the food safety, the public, the internet supervision of public opinion and so on. And then combined with the development course of the internet supervision of public opinion which in Chinese food safety management, analysis its effects, problems and reasons. Finally, the paper proposed some countermeasures of improvement respectively from the Public, the III III Government, the Internet media, the Company and the Industry association, include ?control?and ?guide?, take advantage of the power of the experts and the professional organizations, to strengthen the construction of our government, to improve the publics? quality, to promote self-discipline and heteronomy of the internet media.
