II II 考虑，一方面强调严刑重法，认为刑法既可以惩除奸恶，又可以预防犯罪的发生， 面对两晋乱世，甚至主张恢复肉刑，以此来减少犯罪的发生；另一方面葛洪又强 调了德治的重要性，主张刑为仁佐。就礼学观来说，葛洪从维护社会稳定出发， 一方面强调礼制存在的现实重要性，另一方面又提出精简礼仪，删除那些不必要 的冗繁之礼，强调礼仪应简单而适用。 第四章 葛洪《抱朴子外篇》政治思想的当代价值 本章共分两节，主要对 《外篇》政治思想的进行综合评析，探讨葛洪政治思想的当代价值。 总之，无论在道教史上还是在中国文化史上，《抱朴子》都是一部有着重要 学术价值的历史典籍，也是魏晋时期极为重要的一部子书。子书广博的历史知识、 丰富的文化思想，以及富有个性的评论，可视为两晋时期社会历史的“实录”， 其中《抱朴子外篇》蕴涵着丰富政治思想和社会伦理思想，值得我们深思和继续 探讨。 关键词：葛洪、《抱朴子外篇》、政治思想、两晋时期、当代价值 III III Abstract In religion of Taoism history in China,Ge Hong was one who made the prominent contribution Taoism theory scholar, the medical scientist.He was born in the last years of West Jin Dynasty, mainly lived in the East Jin Dynasty , Outer Chapter of BaoPuZi was Ge Hongs representative works, that was divided into Inner Chapter and Outer Chapter.The author’s preface was belong to Taoism which was about the supernatural being,stranger medicine, ghosts and gods keeping in good health and keeping off disadvantages;Outer Chapter was belong to Confucianism which was about real affairs of the world.But really let him be famous in the culture history of China was contributed to the religion of Taoism．His Inner Chapter of BaoPuZi was regarded as the first system theory works in the Chinese Taoism history. Since being published, BaoPuZi has encountered different destiny because of different contents and styles of inner chapter and outer chapter.Inner Chapter very rapidly became one of the religion of Taoism classics，compared under the academic circles rightness Outer Chapter of research has not enough and inadequate.So,this thesis attempts from thinking history angle, obtaining with Outer Chapter of BaoPuZi politics thoughts as a main research object,making use of materialism history view, modern hermeneutics, system theory method,carries on to the text combs carefully, the thorough analysis at that time thought vicissitude external causes and the intrinsic principle road as well as the thought development breakthrough, to manifested emphatically carries on by th
