公安人口信息系统的设计与实现 公安人口信息系统的设计与实现 DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE POLICE POPULATION INFORMATION SYSTEM ABSTRACT Police sector is one of the most important function departments to safeguard national security, maintain social stability and protect the life and property of the people. The plan and construction of the police information system and the improvement and extend of the information application level are beneficial to safeguard social stability and improve the law and order. “Golden Shield Project” construction is the nationwide police information project which the Ministry of Public Security develops to fit the need of the new situation change and police development. It strengthens the battle effectiveness of the police and increases the efficiency of law enforcement. It bases on the police information private network whose major contents are police information under the approval of the Central Government. The paper describes the entire process including user requirement, system structure design and implementation of the police information system from the view of the software engineering. Firstly the paper analyses the business complexity of the police project and special requirement of the system. Then it describes the coexist situation of the C/S and B/S in the construction of the police system, and make a detail description on the security control method of the system which the system emphasizes. Police system need to cover several areas of public security, traffic and law case. The goal of the police information system is to manage the public security, law case, traffic and population centrally, it can manage the information and data centrally and every sub-system can use data structure to establish relation and share each other. It is a huge information system. The paper focuses on population management sub-system to describe the analyses method and design thinking of the information system. Population management is the basic work of the police department.
