浅谈福建盛辉物流仓储管理问题及对策.docVIP

木文从仓储管理的理论出发，分析仓储管理在企业发展中的作用与现状，进 而运用库存控制理论，从仓储信息化管理和企业间合作两个方面探索提高企业仓 储管理效益的途径和方法。最后从盛辉物流仓储的发展现状出发，分析A前盛辉 物流仓储屮存在管理人才缺失、信息管理不畅等问题，尝试提出信息仓储管理优 化策略。 随着世界经济的复苏，中国物流业获得了短暂的春天。商业、生产制造企业、 连锁超市、零售业等对物流、仓储业务的外包需求逐步增多，加之中小物流企业 对仓储租赁的需求，使仓储业而临着巨大的发展空间。但仓储作为物流环节中最 重要的一环，影响着我国屮小物流企业做大做强的进程，仓储管理人才缺乏，仓 储数量大，信息沟通不畅，仓库自动化水平低等一系列问题，可以通过重视仓储 管理，实现仓库作业自动化，优化仓储布局，提高技术改造，加强仓储管理力度， 强化内部控制来提高盛辉仓储服务的竞争力。 关键词：仓储；物流；现状；对策 Abstract Analysis in this paper，starting from the theory of warehouse management, warehouse management role in enterprise development and the status quo, and then on the basis of the theory of inventory control，from warehouse information management and two aspects to explore the cooperation between enterprise and the ways and methods to improve enterprise warehouse management efficiency. Finally， starting from the current situation of the development of ChengHui logistics， warehousing, analysis the present situation of ChengHui logistics warehousing confusing problems such as lack of management talent，information management， information storage and management optimization strategy are put forward.
