　2009, 14(6):103-108 Journal of China Agricultural University 1 2 1 ＊ 杜学振 　王丽红 　白人朴 (1. , 100083;2. , 100083) 　　针对农业劳动力需求的季节性问题, 对我国13 个典型农业省区开展农户调研;采用定量 析方法, 剖析 当前我国农业生产自身对劳动力需求数量和劳动强度与各 个时段的关系。研究结果表明:从 4 月份下半月至10 月份下半月是我国农业劳动力需求的高峰期, 13 省区全年农业劳动力需求数量和劳动强度呈驼峰型 布, 相关系 数为0.86,劳动力需求数量与劳动强度显著正相关;各地区农业生产最大劳动力需求月份 布表现出明显的南北 方差异。农业劳动力需求的季节性导致了农村劳动力季节性剩余与农业劳动力季节性紧缺并存, 农闲时间的长短 决定了农村剩余劳动力转移的方向和难易程度。 　农业劳动力;劳动力需求数量;劳动强度;季节性;剩余劳动力转移 　F 323.6　　　　1007-4333(2009)06-0103-06　　　　A Seasonal characterist ic of t he demand for farm labor in China 1 2 1 ＊ DU Xue-zhen , WANG Li-hong , BA Ren-pu (1.College of EngineeringinChina Agricultural University, Beijing 100083, China; 2.College of Economics and Management inChina Agricultural University , Beijing 100083, China) Abstract　Applying the data from the survey of farmers in 13 provinces, the authors uantitatively analyzed the relationshipamongthe demandfor labor in China s agricultural production, the labor uantity and intensity, and farm season and discussed the impacts of seasonal characteristic of the demand for farm labor on the surplus rural labor migration.The results show that boththe uantity and intensity of the demand for agricultural labor distribute s like a hump shape inthe whole year, and the peak value in each month is imbalance among the 13 provinces.The seasonal characteristic of the demand for farm labor is the main reason that the seasonal surplus of rural labor and seasonal shortage of agricultural labor appear at the same time.The lengthof farm leisure determines the direction and difficulty of the rural surplus labors migration.
