国际中医中药杂志2018年9月第40卷第9期 Int J Trad Chin Med, September 2018, Vol. 40, No.9 ·861 · ·实验与方药 · 不同干燥方法对武当一号山银花中 绿原酸含量的影响 李聪 郑芳 周玉涛 李志浩 刘慧敏 熊琳 黄麟杰 【摘要】 目的 研究不同干燥方法对武当一号山银花中绿原酸含量的影响。方法 采用烘干法、 阴干法、蒸制烘干法对武当一号山银花进行干燥，并采用HPLC 法检测其绿原酸含量。色谱柱为DIONEX C18 (4.6 mm ×250 mm ，5 μm)，流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(17 ∶83)，流速 0.4 ml/min，检测波长为 327 nm， 柱温 30 ℃。结果 绿原酸色谱分离较好，浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系，线性范围 0.285～2.850 μg，精密度、 重复性、稳定性均符合要求，平均加样回收率为 100.26%，RSD 为 1.95%，且经蒸制烘干法干燥的武当一 号金银花中绿原酸含量较高。结论 以武当一号山银花中绿原酸含量为评价标准，蒸制烘干法优于烘干 法、阴干法。 【关键词】 色谱法，高压液相；山银花；绿原酸；质量控制 The research of chlorogenic acid content in Wudang Lonicerae Flos (I)by different drying * technology Li Cong , Zheng Fang, Zhou Yutao, Li Zhihao, Liu Huimin, Xiong Lin, Huang Lingjie. * Department of Pharmacy, Dongfeng Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine, Hubei Key Laboratory of Wudang Local Chinese Medicine Research, Shiyan 442000, China Corresponding author: Zhou Yutao, Department of Internal Neurology, Dongfeng Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine, Shiyan 442000, China; Email:497991240@ 【Abstract 】 Objective To study the different drying technology on Wudang Lonicerae Flos ( Ⅰ) in chlorogenic acid content.
