The correct and thorough financial analysis can reflect the operating performance of the past，for example the capital structure，profitability and cash flow and so on，which is convenient to found the problem and sum up experience for us. Through the financial analysis, we can measure present financial situation, which is convenient for operation management，also we can forecast the development trend of the future, which is convenient for operating decision. These can be referred to as analysis of the past，evaluate now and forecast the future. After practical work in the Guangxi Taihuang Construction engineering co.，LTD, according to the balance sheet， the income statement to know assets structure, the capital structure，operation ability，debt paying ability, profitability and so on，through these we can be analyzed whether the company in the process of production and operation management decisions is reasonable or not. Combined with my own intellectual and consult some document to find out the main problems and reasons, and I will put forward appropriate Suggestions about how to raise the level of company management and promote company risk early warning ability. In this way， we can provide a strong basis for further development，which is contribute to maintain long-term competitive advantage for the Guangxi Taihu
