How to through the financial support for agricultural science and technology development is a common problem faced by many countries in the world. Whether the economic developed countries such as America and Britain，or in the development of South Korea and other countries, many financial methods are taken to support the development of agricultural science and technology，finally formed some common experience. This article aims to financial support from abroad the running mode of agricultural science and technology development, points out that the problem of financial support to agricultural science and technology development in our country， finally it is concluded that the financial support of agriculture science and technology development strategy in China.
