On one hand, as a method of risk management, financial derivatives can be regarded as proper tool of enterprise risk with its own characteristics; on the other hand, the nature of high leverage brought financial derivatives to its great risk, which especially be proved in the 2008 global financial crisis. As the direct cause of the outbreak of the financial crisis, financial derivatives was aroused the attention of the academic and industry with research interests. We are reconsidering the risks of financial derivatives and more attention should be focused on how to use financial derivatives,confirming the purpose and principles of risk management, carefully choosing financial derivatives varieties，perfecting the internal governance mechanism for ongoing supervision and processing, strengthening the understanding of the financial derivative for enterprise services to help our company better to participate in international competition and control risk.
