It inspires auto product company to advance the ability of development and management. In order to shorten development time, decrease project cost and improve the advantage of product, a lot of companies use project management with product development project. Based on the theory of project management and product development procedure of B company, in the analysis of the current product development project of vehicle fuel injection system for B Company, it proposed project management should be applied to development of vehicle fuel injection system with the features of this development projects and theory of project management. The paper does application study on project management including project organization, schedule management, cost management, change management and risk management with one development project for fuel injection system in B Company.
