小区物业管理系统设计与实现以JSP技术为前台，SQLServer为后台数据库.docVIP

随着我国现代化建设步伐的加快，住宅小区已经成为人们居住的首要选 择，小区物业管理就是针对我国这一现状应运而生的。人们对住宅小区的需 求增长也使得人们更加需要小区物业管理系统，那么，开发这样一个小区物 业管理系统也就是大势所趋。本系统正是在这样的背景下开发出来的管理系 统。住宅小区的物业管理理论上是指对以居住为首要功能的各种物业进行多 方面的管理。利用计算机进行物业管理使小区管理者能更好的维护各项物业 管理业务、处理各种工作，而小区物业管理系统正是提供这些功能的一个平 台。可以说其主要功能就是利用网站作为平台，管理小区物业的各种信息。 本系统具有可靠性高，存储信息量大，查找迅速方便，保密性好，使用寿命 长，成本低廉等优点。 本论文所设计的小区物业管理系统以JSP技术为前台，SQL Server为后 台数据库，采用三层架构网络。本论文主要介绍了课题的开发背景，所能实 现的功能和开发的具体过程。重点的说明了系统设计的方案、过程以及设计 思想。 关键词】住宅小区物业管理系统开发 Abstract As China’s economic development and urban development ， residential areas are becoming more mainstream living，residential property management is needed in this market for contemporary society came into being . Because of the rapid growth in demand for residential property management system, the development of such a residential property management system has become very necessary thing.This system is a management system is developed under this background.Residential property management should refer precisely to speak to live on the property as the main function of management. Residential property management computer operating system is a platform which is developed for the district managers to better maintenance of the property management business, deal with all kinds of work.Its main function is to use the site as a platform, a variety of information management of the district property.Has the advantages of high reliability, large information storage, quick search convenient, security and good, long life, and low cost. Residential property management system designed in this paper based on the JSP technology for the future, SQL Server as the background database, using three layers architecture network.This paper mainly introduced this topic of development background, function and development process to be completed.lt also explains the emphasis on system design scheme, process and design thought.
