PAGE PAGE IV 合肥市烟草公司信息化架构研究 摘 要 信息化是当今世界发展的大趋势，是烟草行业发展的必经之路，和做大做 强的关键所在。随着信息化建设在企业发展中的地位不断提高，合肥市烟草公 司信息化建设水平有了较大提高，但仍然面临着一些迫切需要解决的问题和不 足，主要包括：随着形势的发展和变化，原有的信息化建设已显得较为陈旧， 体系不够完善、内容不够全面，跟不上业务发展的需要。 论文首先对合肥市烟草公司信息化建设历程进行了全面回顾，总结了目前 信息化建设的现状，并详细分析了存在的问题，提出了相应的解决办法；其次， 从多方面对合肥市烟草公司信息化需求进行了分析论证；最后，在上述分析的 基础上，应用国际上先进的 I T 架构框架模型，从业务架构、应用架构和技术 架构角度详细阐述信息化架构的具体内容，并从五个方面提出了信息化架构的 保障机制，形成具有创新思维的一个比较清晰的信息化架构，为合肥市烟草公 司的信息化建设提供参考和借鉴。 关键词：合肥市烟草公司 信息化 架构研究 Research on the Architecture of informationization of Hefei Tobacco Company Abstract Informatization is the primary trend of international development in modern times, is the necessary road for tobacco industry and the key point to run tobacco industry big and strong.With the standing of informatization construction continue to grow in industrial development. The level of informatization construction of Hefei Tobacco Company is greatly improved but problems exist, including: with development and change of the situation, original plan for informatization construction appears obsolete, imperfect system and incomplete content lags behind business development. Firstly this thesis reviews the informatization construction history of Hefei Tobacco Company, concludes the current situation of informatization construction and analyzes existing problems in details, proposes the solutions;Secondly, analysis requirements of informatization of Hefei Tobacco Company from various perspectives;Finally, on the basis of the above,utilizing international advanced IT architecture modeling, from the points of application architecture and technology architecture it specifies detailed content of informatization architecture plan, and proposes safeguard mechanism of informatization architecture research. Accordingly a creative and clear informatization architecture is formed and it provides references for Hefei Tobacco Company.
