华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract As the logistics industry promoting, the whole society takes more focus on the quality of logistics service. The traditional two important logistics modes names self-service logistics and 3pl logistics can’t satisfy enterprises’ service demand in some aspects. So the managers of enterprises and scholars take more and more focus on the pretty new joint venture logistics mode. But the study of joint venture logistics mode is seldom seen, especially the study of how the impact of joint venture logistics mode on the supply chain performance. This thesis focuses on the automotive industry in order to explain the impact mechanism of the joint venture logistics mode on the supply chain performance. First, the thesis defines the joint venture logistics mode and revealed its main characteristics. Compared with the self-service logistics mode and 3pl logistics mode, the advantages and shortcomings of joint venture logistics mode are discussed. Second, the thesis applies transaction-cost theory to analyse the impact on cost and applies the SCOR(supply chain operation reference) model to analyse the impact on logistics service quality index such as flexibility, reliability and quality of response. Based on these studies, the thesis also establishes the Stackelberg game model to complete the mathematic studying, and compared with the two traditional logistics modes to get optimal solution and mathematic conclusion. In the same time, the thesis accomplishes experiments based on data of enterprise’s everyday operation, and puts forward promoting suggestions to the enterprise.
