PAGE PAGE 4 合肥市苗木花卉业发展战略研究 摘 要 经过多年的发展壮大，合肥市苗木花卉业取得了令人瞩目的成就。与此同 时，制约发展的不利因素也逐渐显现。面对诸多复杂因素，是否继续加速发展， 如何继续加速发展，是合肥市苗木花卉业正面临的一个现实问题。 本文以战略管理理论、产业化经营理论为指导，应用战略分析方法和 SWOT 分析工具，提出了合肥市苗木花卉业发展战略，给出了实施这一战略的对策措 施。 首先，本文对苗木花卉的概念进行了界定，然后说明了论文的研究背景和 意义，介绍了国内外苗木花卉业的发展现状，对战略管理理论、产业化经营理 论、SWOT 分析方法进行了简要介绍。 其次，本文对合肥市苗木花卉业的生产规模、区域格局、生产主体、主要 品种、技术水平、销售金额、销售实体、销售模式以及政策环境等进行了详细 的分析。 再次，本文对合肥市苗木花卉业存在的优势和劣势、面临的机会和威胁进 行了综合分析，在此基础上构建了 SWOT 分析矩阵，给出了合肥市苗木花卉业发 展战略备选方案。 最后，本文以前述分析为基础，对合肥市苗木花卉业发展战略进行了选择， 提出战略框架构建设想，并围绕实现这一发展战略，提出了相应的对策措施。 关键字： 苗木；花卉；战略 Study on the Development Strategy of Seedling Tree and Flower Industry in Hefei Abstract After years of development and growth, the seedling tree and flower industry of Hefei has made remarkable achievements. At the same time, many unfavorable factors are emerging gradually. Facing with many complex factors, whether and how to accelerate develop is a major problem. As guides to the theory of industrialization management and industrialization management, use SWOT analysis, the dissertation tries to build the strategic framework of the seedling tree and flower industry of Hefei, and puts forward suggestions to implement this strategy. First, the dissertation defines the concept of seedling tree and flower, explains the background and significance of dissertation, introduces the domestic and foreign status of seedling tree and flower industry, introduces related theories, gives A brief statement of the theory of industrialization management and industrialization management and SWOT analysis. Second, the dissertation introduces the production capacity, regional framework，producer，leading variety，technical level，sales，sellers，sell mode and policy environment of the seedling tree and flower industry of Hefei detailedly. Third, the dissertation analyses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the seedling tree and flower industry of Hefei, on this basis, structures the SWOT matrix, gives the
