Research Research on Integrated ScheduHng Problem of Terminal Container Handling Equipment Major：Computer Software and Theory Name：Junyu Li Supervi sor：Songshan Guo ABSTRACT Generally speaking，different kinds of handling equipment are required to work closely with each other to promote the efficiency ofthe loading／unloading process at a container terminal．That’s why the Integrated Scheduling Problem of Terminal Container Handling Equipment comes to the research field of container logistics．But according to the author’s knowledge，the researches about container logistics mainly focus on the optimization problem of a single type of equipment，and there are only few published results on the integrated scheduling problem． In this paper,the author concentrates on integrated optimization of different kinds of equipment．First the model and complexity around this problem and other related ones will he discussed，and a polynomial time algorithm will he given out to solve the problem when all the equipment processing time is unit time．Then for the general problem,the author first proposes a heuristic algorithm based on genetic algorithm, and then makes further improvement with the help of so—called critical path and right-shifted schedule．According to experiment results based on simulation model， this algorithm is good enough to produce near-optimal solutions in a reasonable time． Keywords：container logistics，integrated scheduling，genetic algorithm,critical path， right-shifted schedule ．11． 引言在集装箱物流领域，港口集装箱装卸设备联合调度问题(Integrated 引言 在集装箱物流领域，港口集装箱装卸设备联合调度问题(Integrated Scheduling Problem of Container Handling Equipment)是一个具有广泛的实际应用背景的问 题。 一般来说，集装箱在港口的装卸，需要经过多个工序，每个工序都需要由不 同的设备来完成。以集装箱从港口的仓库搬出直到在码头装运上船为例，首先必 须由仓库跨车ASC(Automated Stack Crane)从仓库中把集装箱搬出并交给自动运 输车AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)，再由AGV运到船舶停靠处的货物装卸点 交给龙门吊车QC(Quay Crane)，然后由QC将货物吊装上船。至于集装箱从船上 卸载到港口仓库的过程则刚好相反。因此要提高整个港口的装卸效率，必须考虑 这些不同类型的设备的联合调度问题，以尽量使这些设备彼此之间充分配合，减 少因为彼此之间相互等待而造成的时间浪费。 人们已经对港口集装箱调度的相关问题进行了相当深入的研究，但是从目前 已有的文献资料
