It investigates the participants from 2∞5-2007,including the structure,work of backbone teachers,training status and training needs by means of the questionnaire ,then ,it also surveys the instruction and the participants performance after training. Through investigation ,it finds that there are some problems exist,such as the trainingωntent focuses on theo町 the mode lack of interaction,as well as a lack of e旺ective tracing direction and administration.
