河北省产业承接力研究 河北省产业承接力研究 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 PAGE PAGE iv PAGE PAGE v 河北省产业承接力研究 摘 要 产业转移是经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物，更是资源在全球范围内优化配 置的一个动态调整过程，是缩小区域差距、城乡差别和贫富差距并促进共同发展 的一条良好途径。地区间的产业转移能够优化产业结构、促进产业升级，国际产 业转移能够加速全球经济一体化。产业承接是综合体现国家或者地区发展、容纳 某种产业转移所必须具有的竞争优势和比较优势。 本文从产业承接地的角度出发，详细阐述了产业转移及承接理论，对产业转 移承接能力的概念进行综合分析，全面把握产业转移规律及动因后，初步提炼出 产业转移承接能力的 4 个主要影响因素。构建承接产业转移的评价模型，根据指 标选取的原则，构建了评价产业转移承接能力的指标体系，然后基于主成分分析 法评价地区产业承接能力。本文以 2010 年全国数据为例，得到河北省产业承接 力在全国范围内的综合排名，直观地反映出国内各地区产业转移承接能力之间的 差异。 本文详细介绍了河北省承接北京工业产业转移的具体情况。首先，对北京工 业产业转移类型进行优化选择，结合北京城市定位以及河北省优势产业情况，选 择冶金矿产业、装备制造业、医药制造业三个行业进行重点分析。最后，结合实 际情况对近几年各地区产业转移承接能力及影响因素的变化进行分析，得出河北 省在承接产业转移中的优势与劣势，有针对性地提出相关的对策建议。 关键词：产业承接力，主成分分析，聚类分析，评价指标 THE ABILITY UNDERTAKE INDUSTRIAL OF HEBEI PROVINCE ABSTRACT Industrial transfer is the inevitable product of economic development reaches a certain stage, it is a dynamic adjustment process that resources to optimize the configuration in the worldwide, it is also a good way to reduce regional disparities, urban-rural divide and the gap between rich and poor and to promote common development.
