河北省产业集群演进的动力机制研究 河北省产业集群演进的动力机制研究 RESEARCH ON THE DYNAMIC MECHANISM OF THE EVOLUTION OF THE INDUSTRY CLUSTER IN HEBEI PROVINCE ABSTRACT With the development of global economic, competition among enterprises is increasing, so, in order to meet the need of competition, companies constantly change their organizational structure ,but the effect is not significant. To our surprise, industry cluster that range from business and the markets bureaucratic organization have shown unique competitive advantage in the competition, giving their a favorable position. The existence of industry cluster, promotes the local economic development. Different countries and regions, increase emphasis on industrial clusters. Basing on this, we studies the industry cluster of Hebei Province in order to understand the dynamic factors promoting the evolution of clusters and clear the important at different stages. This will contribute to the successful evolution of industrial clusters and ultimately to promote economic development in Hebei Province . Main research contents are as follows: To review and sum up the industry clusters theory, evolution theory and the theory of dynamic mechanism in domestic and foreign, have a deep understanding of this field and divide the evolution stage of industry cluster. Understanding the emergence, development, and the type of Industry cluster in Hebei Province and combining domestic and foreign industrial cluster theories, put forward the dynamic factors of evolution of industrial clusters in Hebei Province. They are entrepreneurial behavior, geographic location, historical factors, government action, cluster networks and cluster innovation. In our view, these six factors, in varying degrees, promote the industrial clusters down to the next stage . Using spss16.0 and SEM analysis the data, demonstrate the hypothesis.
