扬州大学农业推广硕士专业学位论文 2 一 Abstract The key to develop industrialized operation of agriculture is to cultivate leading enterprises with abilities of expanding markets，further processing agricultural products，providing services for peasants，and promoting development of peasant families．As a key factor in the process of agricultural industrialization， achievements of agricultural industrialization is，to a great extent，determined by development state of leading enterprises．Studing on functions of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in development of national economy, especially in solving the”Three—Agricultural”problems．It has important theoretical and practical significance in improving development level of agricultural industrialization，promoting increases of agriculture efficiency and peasants income． This thesis study 90 municipal-level leading enterprises in Huai’an，basing on related theories about development of agricultural industrialization，beginning from enterprise operating status，operating mechanism，technological innovation， promotion for peasants，cultivation for competitiveness of leading enterprises and SO on，and it also analyzes significance and development characteristics of the leading enterprises in the process of agricultural industrialization． It concludes that leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Huai’all are growing bigger，construction of their brand competitiveness is getting stronger’ and their promoting functions for peasants is improved increasingly．However， some problems still exist in their development process，such as，development level of leading enterprises is not high，enterprise scales is small，benefit mechanism among enterprises，peasants and bases is not tight enough，leading enterprises gathering of the dominant industry is not enough and SO on．This thesis suggests that keeping the competitive strength of leading enterprises in Huai’all is important  赵正刚：淮安市农业产业化龙头企业的现状及发展对策研究 3 一 for keeping agricultura
