AbstractThe Abstract The main work of this paper is to research the measuring system of the high-resolution pH distribution，and this system to measure the distribution of the pH value of the solution．The Light Addressable Potentionmetric Sensor(LAPS)is applied in this system． In the research and the applications the fields of biology，medicine，chemis时 and environment science，the pH value is important parameter，which affects many of biology，chemistry，etc．So，it is very important to accurately measure the pH value of the solution．The research the measuring system of the high-resolution pH distribution with LAPS would contribute to the applications the fields of industry measuring，environment inspecting，biology and medicine． First，in this paper，the and working principles of the EIS LAPS analyzed，the features of the solid—liquid interface are analyzed from the theoretic point of view，and the character model is built．The measuring system of the high．resolution pH distribution is designed in the aspects of optics，circuit and machine．In order to obtain the high resolution，the new LAPS chip is designed，and the of LAPS is improved，and the orientation of LAPS is designed．Furthermore，the analyses of the measuring system processed based the theory and experiment． With this measuring system，a great number of experiments the pH values were made，and the rules of the changing of the photo voltage with such factors light modulation丘equency and bias voltage acquiredl And thus，during the measuring of the pH value，the optimization conditions of those factors also acquired．Based all the work above，the distribution of the pH value of the solution is measured，and the distributing map of the pH value of the certain solution is drawn in different gray levels， At last，there are some proposals for the improvement of measuring system．The new developments ofLAPS analyzed and the further trends are prospected． Key words：pH value，distribution，LAPS，EIS，bias voltage，photo intensity light modulation
