ABSTRACT Carbazolone derivatives abroadly exist in nature，and the carbazolones are used as important intermediates in the synthesis of sOme medicines and biOlogically active naturally Occurring carbazOle alkalOids. Thus the synthetic method Of carbazOlOnes has been receiving increasing attentiOn 仕om researchers. Based On the repOrt of the novel synthesis Of N-substituted indole ring，we prOpOsed a new methOd which kfjwinvolves the direct carbon-nit kfjw  bOnd  fOrmation  tO  cOnstruct  carbazolone h呗derivatives and the analogues of carbazOlOne: N-substi阳ted-2-methyl-3-acetyl-indole derivetives via PIFA-mediated in阳mOlecular cyclizatiO h呗 Using 2-aη，1斗， 3-diones and different ammes as starting materials， 3耐ninO-2.aryl-cycloh侃-2-enOne synthesized as substrates.  and  4amino-3-aryl-pent-3-en-2-one  were ‘h‘u.mUsing 3-substitutedamin O-2-aryl-cycl Ohex-2心nOnes and 4 .substitutedamino-3- aryl- pent-3-en-2-ones 刷 substrates，a series of N-s ‘h‘u . m and  Nsubstituted-2-  JU n --凰 w aM 句‘ 川 -m  were  synthesized  vla intramOlecular  cyclizati On  the  presence  Of  PIFA.  Using  3aminO-2-aη1- cyclohex-2-en Ones as substrates，a series of N-unsubstituted carbazOlOne derivatives were synthesized via intramOlecular cyclization in the presence OfPIDA. The reactiOn cOnditiOn is mild，the wOrkup prOcedure is simple. A series Of carbazOlOne derivatives and a series Of N-substituted-2- methyl- 3-acetyl-indole drivetives were Obtained using this methOd，the substituent On the nitrogen greatly influence the yield of the target mOleculars. The structure Of the cOmpOunds were characterized by H NMR 13C NMR and LRMS.
