脑外伤所致精神障碍患者智商测验有效性探究 【 】目的研究脑外伤所致精神障碍患者智商测验情 况及其结果的有效性。方法选择于我院住院和门诊脑外伤 所致精神障碍患者49例为研究组；住院的非脑外伤所致精 神障碍患者27例为对照组。两组患者均接受韦氏智力测验。 相关变量有脑外伤所致精神障碍患者的年龄、性别、文化程 度、工龄、有无工伤证明、有无意识障碍、受伤时在综合医 院住院时间、诊断脑外伤所致精神障碍距受伤日的时间、神 经外科诊断、辅助检查结果、精神科诊断，接受测验时的情 况资料。应用SPSS 11.0统计分析。结果脑外伤所致精神 障碍患者受伤的客观资料不足，意识障碍和辅助检查阳性率 低。在时间变量上脑外伤所致精神障碍的产生与脑外伤的相 关性下降。在对其智商测验时受主导心理趋势影响，改变了 智商测验的成就测验性质，致智商一定程度失真、偏低。结 论评估脑外伤所致精神障碍患者智力不仅凭智商值低，还 应参考其受伤时的诊断、意识情况、辅助检查结果及目前的 曰常生活能力及社交能力等综合评估。 【关键词】脑外伤；精神障碍；智商测验；有效性 Study on Effect IQ for the Patients with Mental Disorders Caused by Cerebral Trauma. China [Abstract ] Objective To study the status and effect of IQ results of patients with mental disorders caused by cerebral trauma. Methods 49 patients with mental disorders caused by cerebral trauma in outpatient and hospitalizes were used for study group； compared with 27 hospitalize patients with non-cerebral trauma mental disorders for control group, two group patients were tested by WAIS.
