东北大学硕士学位论文钢铁企业销售资金管理系统 东北大学硕士学位论文 钢铁企业销售资金管理系统 摘 要 本文以上海浦东钢铁(集团)有限公司销售管理系统为研究对象，对上海浦东钢 铁(集团)有限公司原有的销售管理系统和现有的业务流程进行分析，通过先进的销 售管理思想对原有的部分业务进行重组。通过分析给出了系统业务流程图和数据流程 图，并将系统划分为6个子系统：销售管理子系统、现货管理子系统、仓储管理子系 统、锭坯管理子系统、质量管理子系统和财务管理子系统。 系统采用Client／Server(客户机／服务器)模式，用原型开发方法开发，客户端开 发工具为PowerBuilder 7．0，服务器为MS SQL Server 2000数据库管理系统。整个系 统使用～台数据库服务器，所有终端都对此数据库服务器进行操作。上海浦东钢铁(集 团)有限公司有两种用户：厂内和厂外，厂内用户通过局域网访问数据库，厂外用户 通过Internet和VPN技术访问数据库。 本文对上海浦东钢铁(集团)有限公司销售管理系统中财务管理模块的需求分析、 功能结构图、数据流程图、数据库设计等进行了详细的说明。本文还提供了～种用聚 类分析进行市场预测的方法，并用于系统中。 关键词销售管理系统财务管理ERP UML数据库 -II— 东北大学硕士学位论文 东北大学硕士学位论文 Abs仃act Financial Management in Sale Management System of Steel Enterprise Abs仃act nlis thesis researches on the Sale Management System of Shahghai Pudong Steel (Group)Co．，Ltd，analyses the original Sale Management System and the current operations flow of Shanghai Pudong Steel(Group)Co．，Ltd．Then rebuild part of the operations using advanced sale management ideas．111e system is divided into six subsystems：Sale Management，Merchandise on Hand，Storage Management，Ingot Management，Quality Management and Financial Management． nle system is developed using Client／Server model and prototype method．Client development tool is PowerBuilder 7．0：server development tool is MS SQL Server 2000． There iS only one database server and a11 terminals are connected to the server．The users of Shanghai Pudong Steel(Group)Co．，Ltd are divided into two types：the inner and the exterior．The inner users connect to the database using local area network，the exterior using wide network and the technology ofVPN． This thesis detailedly describes the requirement analysis，the function construction diagram，the data flow chart and database design of the Financial Management subsystem of the Sale Management System．In the end，this thesis provides a method to predict the requirements ofthe market and uses it in the system． Key words Sale Managemen
