东华大学硕士学位论文 东华大学硕士学位论文 摘要 II II RESEARCH FOR DESIGN METHODS OF HIGH PAIR METAMORPHIC MECHANISM ABSTRACT The main task of this thesis is to research on constitution and design method of high pair metamorphic mechanism based on the research on the analysis and design method of plane lower metamorphic mechanism. Firstly, the nature of the adjacent matrix of mechanisms supplementary was proposed; which the degree of the adjacent matrix is equal to that of mechanisms. Then, depend on the nature of adjacent matrix, the expression of mechanisms with compound hinges was studied. Adding subject in the place of compound hinges was adopted, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method of expression were demonstrated with examples. Secondly, the deficiencies of generalized matrix operation rules that proposed by Dai J S were improved. The effectiveness and feasibility of the improved adjacent matrix ―and‖ operation rule were demonstrated with examples. Through the improved operation rule, not only metamorphic source mechanism can be obtained, but also new metamorphic mechanism can be deduced, which the work requirements were also met. Some improvements about adjacent matrix ― ??‖, ―-― and ― ??‖operation rules were made, but reasonable improved method of ― ??‖operation rule had been not proposed. The nipper swing mechanism was decomposed into two mechanisms, the adjacent matrix of the two mechanisms were wrote down correspondingly, a more comprehensive metamorphic mechanism can be obtained by the improved ―and‖ operation rule, then metamorphic nipper swing mechanism was proposed. According to the idea of lower pair basic bar group, the concept of higher pair basic bar group was proposed, Ⅰand Ⅱ level higher pair bar group were obtained with example of gear bar mechanisms.
