高安全性的汽车电动助力转向系统的研究 RESEARCH ON HIGH-SECURITY ELECTRIC POWER STEERING SYSTEM OF VEHICLE ABSTRACT The steering system is an important component of vehicle, and its quality impacts the stability of vehicle and the driver’s personal safety. Electric power steering (EPS) system is the most sophisticated steering system. It avoids all the disadvantages of several conventional steering system, improves active safety performance and handling comfort of vehicle, achieves the energy savings and environmental protection. EPS is bound to become the future mainstream of steering system, when electronic technology and control theory development fast and the performance of processing chips improve continuously. In this paper, the Mathematics model of electric power steering system is established, and the dynamic analysis is carried out. The assist controller is designed, including feedback control, feed-forward control, lead-lag compensator and compensate control. A novel id*=0 vector control method for BLDCM is proposed. By this method, the iq for a constant torque to produce is calculated through coordinate transformation, and the reference iq is tracked by vector control in the dq0 frame. It achieves torque smoothing control of BLDCM. In this paper, the vehicle model of three degrees of freedom is analyzed. The vehicle stability control program of auxiliary steering is established, which leads into yaw rate and the lateral angle. The vehicle stability controller includes yaw rate command generator, the state observer and tires slip controller. It achieves high security of EPS. Finally, ECU is designed, which uses MC9S12DP256B as microprocessor. It mainly includes minimum system microcontroller circuit, motor drive circuit and adjusts circuit of sensors. At the same time, the software design which adopts a modular structure is presented.
